Landmark Title Agency, Inc., directed by its founder and presiding officer, Ralph C. Bisesi, celebrates over twenty-five years of providing title insurance to a range of consumers in New Jersey. The principal geographical concentration of the agency’s activities has long centered on the municipalities of Hudson County, with their unique histories and challenges from the standpoint of title insurance, but it has also insured titles and facilitated real estate closings for neighboring counties and other localities throughout the state. The agency’s voluminous archival holdings and the broad experience of its personnel reflect not only its quarter century in business, but also its participation in the real estate market during an era in which the housing stock in the localities along the Hudson River proceeded through a very substantial modernization and expansion.
